Bill has over 22 years of professional experience including real estate, defense contracting, and small business ownership. He possesses Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science, and a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership. Bill has provided technical solution engineering, management, and leadership for multiple Intelligence Community agencies including NSA, CIA, NGA, and NRO. He has published research journal articles and served the community as an adjunct professor at Notre Dame of Maryland University, Anne Arundel Community College, and Loyola University. Since joining SRI in 2008, Bill focuses on residential purchases, rental properties, property management, and working with first time homebuyers. His diverse experience enables him to match clients with properties that suit all their needs and streamline the negotiation and closing process through effective communication. Bill promotes the sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services, and digital and paper marketing campaigns, closing upwards of 10 deals per year. His attention to detail and unwavering client support enables his clients to obtain the home of their dreams with the most favorable terms and conditions.
